These Terms of Use govern your use of GillSip – Hydra, an iOS application provided for use with gillsip.com. By downloading, accessing, or using GillSip – Hydra, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Use of the App
GillSip – Hydra is provided for lawful, personal, or authorized use only. You agree to use the app in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the app.
- Use the app in a way that could damage GillSip, gillsip.com, other users, or third parties.
Local Data and Device Responsibility
At this time, GillSip – Hydra does not collect, record, transmit, sell, or share user data outside of the app.
The app may store settings, preferences, or app-related content locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including passcodes, operating system updates, and backup settings.
No Account or Server-Side Service
GillSip – Hydra does not currently provide user accounts or server-side storage controlled by GillSip. If future versions add account features, cloud features, subscriptions, or external services, these Terms of Use may be updated.
Intellectual Property
GillSip – Hydra, gillsip.com, and related names, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by GillSip or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Use do not grant you ownership of the app or any related intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
App Store Terms
Your use of GillSip – Hydra may also be subject to Apple App Store terms, conditions, and policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and applicable Apple terms, the Apple terms may control where required by Apple.
Updates and Availability
GillSip may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue GillSip – Hydra at any time, with or without notice. GillSip is not obligated to provide maintenance, support, updates, or continued availability of the app.
No Warranties
GillSip – Hydra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GillSip disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GillSip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of GillSip – Hydra.
GillSip’s total liability for any claim related to the app will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GillSip from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Termination
GillSip may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or use the app in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.
You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device may remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS behavior and any device-level backups you have enabled.
Changes to These Terms
GillSip may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will include a new effective date. Your continued use of GillSip – Hydra after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GillSip is based, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
